A new form factor after 17 years

According to multiple sources, Apple is adopting a wide, book-style folding design. The inner display stretches to a generous 7.76 inches – practically iPad mini territory. Close it up, and you have a 5.49-inch outer screen, perfectly functional as a standard, albeit compact, phone.
