Honor robot phone unveiled with built-in gimbal at fifa world cup

Honor has made headlines with its innovative new smartphone, the Honor Robot Phone, featuring a built-in robotic gimbal. The futuristic device was showcased at the recent FIFA World Cup 2026 final, where Spanish player Eric García was spotted using it.

Groundbreaking design

The Honor Robot Phone boasts a titanium gimbal integrated into its top, which remains concealed until the camera is launched. This ergonomic design enables 360-degree tracking and a high CIPA 5.5-level rating for mechanical image stabilization.

With a 200 MP main camera, 50 MP ultra-wide snapper, and 200 MP periscope telephoto lens, the phone is geared towards serious content creators. Honor has partnered with legendary company ARRI to include Log-C recording and professional LUT color profiles.

Other notable features include the high-end Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a 6.4-inch flat display, and 120W charging speeds – standard flagship specs. The official unveiling is expected in August, with reservations already open in China.
