While the confirmation of a Snapdragon chip is settled, the exact model remains a mystery. Leaks suggest the Phone (4b) could be powered by a Snapdragon 6 Gen 4, a step down from the Phone (4a) Pro. If true, this would make the (4b) an affordable rival to the Pixel 10a.

The same teaser appeared on Flipkart in India, with a Goat Sale listing calling the phone powered by Snapdragon ahead of the July 7 date.

For those eyeing a Pixel 10a or Galaxy A-series phone, the Phone (4b) may not change their purchasing decision. These devices sell on software and cameras, while the (4b) focuses on its design. Google and Samsung have little to worry about here.
