This year's edition boasts a unique collaboration – PLD Space's AdAstra talent development program will feature engineers as Team Captains, providing mentoring and guidance to participants. These industry experts will share their experience in developing launch vehicles like MIURA, imparting the company culture, and solving real-world problems.

With five weekly sessions from June 22 to July 24, 2026, the Space Camp Valencia will take place at the Valencia Innovation Capital facilities. Each session will delve into astronaut training, with materials like Mission Files – preparation documents that help participants understand the context, challenges, and objectives of each mission.

Two workshops will focus on the intricacies of aerospace engineering. The first, building and launching a water rocket, will teach aerodynamics, flight mechanics, and mission control. The second, Mars Mission, is a virtual reality adventure using the LINCE capsule and MIURA Next launch vehicle, where aspiring astronauts will complete a Martian mission.

PLD Space is also committed to inclusivity, covering a significant portion of available scholarships to ensure participation from underprivileged youth.
