This split release strategy mirrors Apple's approach with the Apple Watch Ultra 3, which also features 5G capabilities but doesn't support the Technology in all markets.

Notably, a Wi-Fi-only version of the Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 seems unlikely, given the premium nature of the device.
