The ultimatum dressed as advice

Puzder's argument is transactional to its core. The EU, he contends, cannot simultaneously demand access to U.S.-built ai infrastructure — data centers, hardware, cloud systems — and treat the companies behind that infrastructure as adversaries to be penalized.
